The Documentation theme includes a dedicated FAQ system to help you organize common questions and answers with beautiful layouts.


❓ How to Create an FAQ Entry:

  1. Go to FAQs > Add New (you’ll see a custom post type if FAQs are enabled).
  2. Add a Question as the Title.
  3. Add the Answer in the Content area.
  4. Optionally:
    • Assign Categories (e.g., Payments, Setup, Troubleshooting).
    • Add Tags for better organization.

🎨 FAQ Layout Options:

Depending on your settings or layout choice, FAQs can be displayed:

  • In a collapsible accordion (default)
  • As a simple list of questions and answers
  • Grouped by category or section
  • With icons for question types (Pro feature)

📈 Where to Display FAQs:

  • Create a dedicated FAQ Page (using the FAQ Template).
  • Embed specific FAQs inside any page using blocks or shortcodes.
  • Link to FAQs from support articles and product pages.

  • Focus on one clear question per FAQ.
  • Keep answers concise but complete.
  • Link to detailed guides when necessary.
